COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION CONSENT TEXT
This text includes my consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic communications to me in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, for the purposes of announcing general/special opportunities related to the services provided by Dedeman Tourism Management Inc., conducting satisfaction surveys regarding the services provided, informing me about current developments, sending congratulatory messages, sharing content such as presentations and newsletters, sending commercial electronic communications to me in compliance with the relevant legislation for promotion and advertising purposes, and acknowledging that my contact information, identity information, and marketing information are obtained for the purpose of carrying out goods/services sales and advertising/campaign/promotion processes for these purposes, and that communications will be sent to me through the channel I prefer, that I may change my communication preferences at any time or stop communication by rejecting the process indicated in the messages sent to me without providing any justification, and that commercial electronic communications may be sent to me in accordance with the laws via SMS/text messages, automated calling, telephone calls, pop-up messages, push notifications, social media and online advertising networks, e-mail/mail and other electronic communication tools/channels, and I hereby give my consent regarding the processing of my personal data by Dedeman Tourism Management Inc. for the purpose of sending commercial electronic communications and the transfer of the necessary information for this process to domestic and international business partners located in Turkey and abroad.
I accept and declare that I have read, understood, and given my explicit consent to the matters explained in this text regarding the commercial electronic communications to be sent to me.
